great service but room needs attention

The location is excellent for train access, allowing for easy city exploration. The staff truly worked hard to ensure a high level of service, greeting me warmly during my stay. I particularly liked the spacious bathroom with well-stocked amenities, making my experience more comfortable. The atmosphere in the bar area felt inviting and suitable for light work or relaxation.

There were some noise issues from adjacent rooms that affected my sleep quality.

the location is super convinient, just across the street from the train station, so its easy to get around. the room is comfy, spacious, and clean, with nice big towels in the bathroom. also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was amazin with a great variety, especially the fresh pastries. overall, it feels fancy for a railway hotel.

I was absolutely touched by the lack of room service and the rude staff who watched me struggle with my bags. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but I guess that's too much to ask here.
